Mr.Staunton & The Football Team 1989

1989 was a very successful year for the primary school football team. They won every competition they entered and lost just one out of fourteen matches. They won the Hinckley & District Cup, Coalville & District shield and were runner up in the Hinckley & District six a side cup.

This is a report card from Jenny Davis whose maiden name was Jennifer Holland.
Jenny resided in Australia with her husband John. She had three cousins who still reside in Newbold Verdon; one being John Freeman who is at present the current caretaker.
